more than just a sun sign ...

if you think your child is a capricorn, think again ...

if you look at your child with reference to the tropical or western zodiac only, you may not be getting the information relevant to your child. if you even think your child is an indigio or star child or ... well, just not like the others ... then this is the blog for you.

astrology as you commonly see it in the newspaper, in books and in lectures is predominantly based on the western or tropical zodiac. hindu and other western astrologers use the 'sidereal' zodiac ... the difference: about one whole astrological sign.

sidereal zodiac uses the planets where they are in the constellations in reality. the tropical zodiac places the planets in the constellations or astrological signs based on a mathematical calculation. BOTH are relevant and provide different information to be used, i believe, in tandem for negotiating this transition from the age of pisces to the age of aquarius.

so ... say your daughter's birthday is december 25 ... is she a capricorn or a sagittarius? and does she have to be one or the other? or can she be both? the truth is in the complexity of the shifting of the ages ... based in reality, living in the age of aquarius; based in reality, living in the age of pisces. it all simply depends on the perspective of the individual.

peace & harmony,
